FAQ
The six questions parents
and athletes ask first.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you only work with high school and college athletes?
No. About 30% of my roster is adult competitive athletes — masters track, men's lacrosse, adult soccer. The training's the same; the timeline is just different.
My kid plays multiple sports. Will you specialize too early?
No. For multi-sport athletes under 16 I keep things general — strength, speed, athleticism. Specialization specializes itself over time.
Do you coordinate with my team coach?
When the athlete and family want it, yes. I'll talk to your team coach to make sure my work supports the team's plan rather than fighting it.
What if my athlete is recovering from injury?
I work closely with PTs and sports docs. If you're mid-rehab, I'll need a clear handoff. Post-rehab, we pick up where they left off.
How fast will I see results?
Strength and power numbers usually move in 4–6 weeks. Sport-application benefits typically show up by week 8.
Do you do nutrition?
Basic nutrition and fueling guidance for athletes is included. For competitive bodyweight sports or eating disorders, I refer to a sports dietitian.
